• Course J is a special one for older and junior players – consequential period of their own club+s preparation plus fitness preparation.
• Course N is for non-registered hobby players.
• Course Z is for non-registered women players older than 15.years.

• Two sessions a day training on ice and two sessions in the gym – always small groups with individual trainings methods – improve individual ice hockey and fitness skills contains aerobics and stretching as well.

Also, we prepared special training for goalkeepers which contains ice training and training in the gym, stretching, video work, psychological and theoretical preparation. The training will be lead by special goalkeeper’s coaches.

At the camp you are expected to arrive between 10-12a.m each starting day. The final Ceremony is supposed to be between 12a.m. -1p.m. Both at the hockey stadium in Trutnov.

• The price for courses A,B,C,J,N,Z is 8 900Kc. For courses A,B it is 16 000Kc.
• For siblings in a week the price is 16 000Kc.
• For the children who were at the camp last year we have prepared presents and DVDs.

• Paid capital – It is important to make your transfer to the company account within (add a number) days. The last payment needs to be made by 31.5.2010
• If you want to cancel your camp reservation before 31.5.2010 a 30% charge will apply.
• Cancellation after 31.5.2010 will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellation 14.days before the camp will forfeit 100% of your payments.
• All the documentation about payment and any documents about the medication should be brought with you on the first day.
• The price includes full board accommodation with training on the ice and in the gym as well. Free time activities playgrounds, swimming pool, rehabilitation, presents (a T-shirt, DVD, a hat, a bottle,...)

• Roller skates – just boys coming for a second "junior" week

Our motto is the main idea of our hockey camp. Ice hockey is a team sport and without the team thinking you can never win.

Of course the team has been built with individual players and this is the basic camp ethic.
The team comprises of competent instructors and qualified coaches who take care of the children. Our goal is to improve their skills on ice and in the gym as well.

Players will be divided into group's according to age. In one group will be 24-28 players and 4 goalkeepers.
Each group will have a main coach, 2 coach assistants and 2 instructors.

• Each Friday camp evening there will be a barbecue from 7.30p.m.
• Parents are welcome to watch training sessions
